This villa has two sections; one for the owners and the other for visitors. It is a spacious house with surrounding garden and a small children's playground. The house is also equipped with a fireplace and heating in the rooms. The swimming pool is also heated. The house is located 3,8km from Carvoeiro cener and is approximately 2 km from a number of beaches including Praia da Marinha, Albandeira, Benagil, Carvalho, Vale de Centianes and others. The house is 8 km from the city of Portimão to the west and 18 km from Albufeira to the east.
